Have they released the open days for Clarence for this summer ??

They are not opening the reserves this year (doc) but the farmer who maintains the road will take a payment for access and doc will charge you $5 a night for the huts which you can buy from doc offices....farmer is Collin Nimmo 03 3195791....

To clarify, staying in Hanmer Thursday night, one other I know of is going up Friday in the silly hours of morning and they are doing the Edwards and Mailing thing again, I'm thinking as a day ride but since I don't think I'll be on the bike now I didn't double check that bit.

It's a bit hard to guess the weather, metvuw has a lot of crap about the place but may actually miss us... just? or not.
