Don't know any but watched a top local lawyer run rings around the cops when it came to GPS/Computer evidence in a truck mates speeding/logbook case...
Really its just another form of evidence, all that really matters is if its accurate or not...

Sooooo whats it about, otherwise everyone will think the worst anyway...

the biggie that "gets" them is 128bit encryption, BEFORE your OS, and again on any particularly illegal files. VPN by proxy all your shit. 256 on a bad day. ramtmp your shit and have your tmpfs, browser cache &c pointing to a black hole of #urandom.

jews cant fuck with it.

actually several things matter. like if it's even admissible in a crowngaroo caught, the cops can and frequently do fuck this up. (AMHIK)
second is whether they can physically or legally do anything about it ("why no, cop, i would not like to unlock that door, btw, gtfo") or, in the case of digital shit (or blood samples, or fingerprints) - can their forensics actually get it.
it's liek, we seized all this shit, but it's all 0s and 1s and they're not in the right order and we don't know how to put them in... or, all this ammonia is making it hard to get some dna up in this bitch...

Dispute regarding Contract for IT services.

What service(s) and what is the dispute regarding - if its about the terms of the contract, I won't be much help, but if it is about how the services were provided/level of competency/reasonable level of skill - as someone who has worked in IT for almost 10 years now - can offer opinion
