I got them off Amazon, combined shipping and cost of books was still about half the price of NZ book shops.
US sites will gouge you for shipping, so perhaps try UK, or .AU sites?

Check if there is a New Zealand agent for the publishers.
Twist 2 is published by Code Break and distributed by the California Superbike School Inc, which all sounds a bit incestuous.
Sport Riding Techniques by Nick Ienatsch might make a nicer looking book as a gift. Publisher is David Bull Publishing, ISBN: 1 893618 07 2
Good luck

Twist I from Motomail cost me $70 and a 3 week wait. Twist II cost me less than half that from Amazon and turned up within the week. To offset the postage, get some other "hard to get" books and DVDs as well. They are all dirt cheap from Amazon.

:hitcher: I got Twist of the wrist II from http://www.pageandblackmore.co.nz and can heartily recommend both the book and the site.
