I'm semi interested in buying a pocket rocket sports bike as a toy.
I'm 6foot2 so possibly too big.
My question is... does anyone on the North Shore own one i can have a blast on?
Would be much appreciated.
Cheers

I'm only 5foot8 or something and I have trouble. Just don't ride it in leathers-Not flexible enough.

If you're talkin' about mini motos, you're welcome to have a hoon on mine. You'll have to come down to the bronx though, I'm not putting it in the nice clean car.

That looks too big to be a minimoto/pocket bike. What's the cc rating???

The ones like the black one you've pictured are crap. Heavy, slow. Mine's identical to the orange/blue one and they're a hell of alot smaller, trickier to ride and faster. They're also a hell of alot more rewarding to ride.

You never can tell with long travel suspension though.

The water cooled two strokes like Hayden's are damn quick, once they get going.
I'm 6ft and it's pretty cramped but still heaps of fun.
The most difficult bit is keeping your toes off the ground. It can be pretty hard on the boots.

ive also been researching them a fair bit, i definately want to get a watercooled one, 9hp or more, think they max out at about 14.5 ( according to manufacturors of them ) before modding, cost shitload thou

I think you got sloppy seconds there - that was a sprotbike at some stage, some sort of Suzuki maybe....I don't really remember because I didn't see it...um,which is why it was so low with raked forks.

I had a ride on Jimmy's mini-moto and I'm 6'4". Good fun, probably looked funny too.
I wouldn't want to ride it for longer than about 15min though.

Check my profile pic. Way more fun if you can race them off road as well.

The lil pockets can be wicked cool fun, im 5'11ish and had no problem when giving froggy's one a try. Definetly some good competition for them in races.
