Hey there
Thought I'd feedback on good customer service recently.
Wellington Motorcycles - went in to view some bikes and part-ex mine. As they were assessing mine it died (ignition cable)
They organised the bike to be transported to my mechanic within an hour of this happening and also ensured I had a loan bike, so I could at least get home. They really didn't need to do this, so I was extremely impressed and grateful. (Cheers Pete)
Independent motorcycles - phoned Garth immediately. Parts ordered and work completed within 2 days. Ignition all sweet!:niceone:
Genuine and reliable mechanic, can't recommend him enough. Showed me old parts, explained issue and doesn't charge a fortune for work.
Went back to WMC and managed to negotiate a really good deal on a new bike with mine as part ex. It won't be here until mid Jan, so they allowed me to keep loan bike until then too.
Really impressed by both companies and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Cheers

Though it ain't in Welly and no disrespect mean't or intended to Crasher's coffee, my wife's and my bike were serviced last week by Colin at Papakura Motorcycles.
Both are performing better than ever and running in perfect tune many thanks Colin, I sure hope this gets back to you.
1 week, two bikes, complete services on both, both returned in pristine condition and both are now ready for some long rides over Christmas, cheers again Papakura Motorcycles.

I don't even know where that sad face came from?! Ignore the sad face!
Well I really liked the gsxr600, but really wanted something close to $10k and good all rounder bike, so opted for gsr750. Deal was too good to refuse.
Ha ha yeah the coffee...it's the only instant coffee I have had since being in NZ, but it was a free coffee, so i wont complain :)

Yes...you are right. I remember now. It was a happy face, and then I remembered the taste of the coffee I was forced to consume in order to complete the deal ha ha, so I changed it to a sad face.
I stick by it!

Colin recently fixed a problem with my KTM, runs like a dream now, nice to be able to visit a real motorcycle shop where you can talk to the man who fixes your bike and does a bloody good job as well. How he keeps up with all the different ins and outs of all the different bikes he services is a mystery to me, the man is a walking font of knowledge on all things motorcycling (and fishing)
