Hey guys,

I have a 2013 model Piaggio Fly 150IE. I was reading through the manual and it mentioned a fuel reserve warning. However I can't find anything on the dash that it could be and I've never seen a low gas warning light of any sort come on? Is it simply a misprint or does the Fly 150ie actually have a low fuel reserve light. I've found a manual online and in the picture of the dash, my left turn indicator light is replaced by a low fuel light. So I'm thinking maybe the Vietnamese made models don't have it? Any one have any clues?

Take a 5 liter container of fuel with you on a ride and see what happens.

I did this test on a new CBR600F but I did not have the 5l container of fuel with me. You meet the nicest people in rural NZ.

Don't sweat it, my 2009 carb model didn't have one either. Use your odometer instead.
Just remember what km's were when you last filled it, scoot should be doing about 25km/litre and do some maths.
I always filled tank every 150kms: 6 litre tank before reserve x 25 km/litre = 150km
