and saw the first epsiode of the long way round, what great entertainment just love it!!! but hubby is always asleep. So can anyone tell me where to get the DVD. I know he will enjoy it, and me the most, I could watch this for hours. thanks to you all for the info.

Given that ads for the DVD appear during the programme, I'm sure it will soon be available from your local purveyor of fine DVDs. Maybe the Hitchers should procure themselves a DVD player...
