That is because you either fall off or blow up...

My KERG in the TZR50 frame weighed 76kg with 2l of fuel. The same motor in the NX4 frame will be in the very low 70's kg range (if it ever gets finished of course).

It is apparent that my 100kg bike is well of the mark. :brick: has anyone tried 98/laxative mix in there bike to save weight

The Beast ... FZR250 with GP125 motor is about 103kg with fuel.

I figure some lateral thinking could halve the Beasts weight.

So little, that it hangs from a single nail, half heartedly whacked into a flimsy roof truss.

Of course the motor is in a box in pieces, the forks are in a pile of other forks, I don't even know if I have wheels for it, I know I don't have a tank for it, I need to get a swingarm from another frame for it.

Today I meet up with this Fijian bike mechanic.
he told me that he's worked on many gp bikes from the islands. This is the tool he's going to use on my bike, if I understood right, I think he said it will half the weight. Worth a Crack?

I think that might be just a modification for running it on ice.

WorksafeNZ would shit themselves if he came to this country...LOL!!!

Standard FXRS with enough fuel for the two hour, 98kg

84kg fully fueled and 9hp (I claim 9 but it could be 8). Top speed around walking pace.
I will be fitting slicks so that will add to the weight (no grooves in the tyre). Hoping to get to the track this year.

hi Pumba

I have to say I felt a little shameful of my performances of late; my combined weight (without riding gear) was 177kgs.

I think a minimum weight limit should be considered, that will slow down the lite weights.
