I use a Blueant ST3 hands free kit in the wagon. It always worked just fine with my old dumb phone. Now, with the "smart" (my arse) phone, it has trouble finding the phone. Or maybe the phone has trouble finding the kit. Whichever way it is, the phone and hands free kit don't like to connect.
I've unpaired and re paired some three times now. It works for a while then just loses it again.
So WTF is going on? Any ideas? Coz I got none. Nor do Vodafone nor Dick Smith employees.
Funny thing is, the old Interphone I use on the bike connects up just fine every time. No worries.
I knew getting this phone would be a bad move...:Pokey:

Know what you mean Jan, I tried to set up the wireless to pc function on my new camera. Have decided it's easier to pull out the SD card and slot that straight into the laptop.
My 1st 'smart' ph was a motorola defy. simple to use, Haven't had a decent one since.

Yep. I just realised today that my RePlay XD downloads faster if you stick the card into the card reader instead of loading directly from camera to PC. If I'd bothered to read the instructions, it actually tells you that...

I've got instructions here somewhere for the camera, so obviously it is meant be used by just about anyone.

Some dredging of the interdweeb suggests that since the new phone uses bluetooth v4.0, it might not be compatible with all previous versions of Bluefang. v4 is usually listed as compatible with v3.0 only. Although I did find one article saying it is compatible with all previous versions. But read on.
The unit the phone can't find uses v2.0. I thought this might be the problem. Strangely enough though, the unit will work with the previous v1.2 in a different blueant receiver.
Fucking confusing if you ask me, so don't...
Might need a new hands-free for the wagon. Maybe a Parrot Neo2.
