You're also forgetting innocence and the desire to listen to every single road rule. Once speaking to some of the guys you will also have the desire to wheelie, stoppie, filter and possibly split.

Welcome to the madhouse :innocent:

ths is fun I could do this all night.
back to your question. umm, forgot it.

I've got the Valentine 1 which some folks say is the best. Not having used others I can't compare but it sure seems to work. Then again I've followed Mr Plods and enjoyed observing their cunning tactics. Have their radars off until they reach a blind crest or bend then ZAP got ya. Full credit for em for being as cunning as a cunning thingy can be. Unlikely most vehicles with detectors would get away too often but there are still many times it helps.
I look at it this way. 10 tickets a year without a detector versus 2 tickets a year with! and which choice keeps your licence.
I run the wireless helmet light alert but a blast in your ear would get a quicker response. I think the Bel models can be easily wired with a helmet ear piece but maybe this involves wires to the helmet - pain in the butt

dont get a cordless, either get a valentine one or the escort 8500 x50, and get wireless H.A.R.D thingy and maybe a piezo, personally id get the escort, cordless ones are not as powerful as corded detectors

Should have a Whistler cruiser soon . Has no cords and you get a little light in your helmet to let you know if a cop has his gun on. Let you know when it arrives.
