For sale is my wifes bike,
Has been sitting for 3 years or so.
Battery is gone so will need a new one.
Can show running but it is leaking fuel from the overflowing carb while running or when fuel tap is on prime,
Make an offer as we are moving and must be gone in 2 weeks!!

Wouldn't you be better off cleaning out carbs a stopping it overflowing and biff in a good battery?

Yes I would if I had the time,
but alas in 2 weeks everything will be in a container and I move to the South Island.
Then I am away for 3 months, so really have not got the time nor the space for it, hence the cheap price.

Its hard because going it would sell but not going and 2 weeks is cutting it fine.
Maybe you need a back up plan to leave it with someone who can sort it and sell it keeping the cash over and above X dollars.
