Entry form for the GP can (hopefully) be found below. If for any reason you have trouble accessing it let me know and I can email a copy. Second attachment is bank account details for pre-entry.

As Rick has previously mentioned, to be held at everyones favourite Kart track - Tokoroa. On March 28th and 29th. Practise Saturday with the main event taking place on Sunday.

F4, F5 and Side car GP for the NZ tittle and ultimate bragging rights.
Formula Tokoroa will be available as a support (non championship) class, all the same excitement with slightly less bragging rights (or more depending on which class your mates are in!).
If any one wishes to enter two GP's, just list both classes on the entry form. There will be no extra charge for extra classes or transponders.

If any one requires a Special Event Upgrade licence for the GP classes, pre-entries are a must, and these need to be received by myself before 8pm on Monday 16th of March. Contact details on the form.

Any questions, queries or concerns, let me know.

309063 309105

MNZ permit Number: 15473

p.s. Just incase it isn't clear on the form, day licences are only applicable for the Formula Tokoroa class. To enter the GP a Championship MNZ race licence is required. Club licences can be upgraded to compete in the GP using the Special Event Upgrade process (additional cost of $50) - again, any questions or queries just ask.

p.p.s I will confirm receipt of all pre-entries, if you do not hear from me then I may not have seen your entry so get a hold of me and check.

So if we're silly enough to be doing F5 & F4 are we up for just add another Transponder hire for example? And how do we pay? There's no Bank details. I could try find that cheque book thing & use a stampy doofer on a paper parcel in one of those silver red boxes.

Thanks.

Bank account number is

03 0296 0092628 025

please put your name ad race number if the reference so that we can match entries with payments.

Sorry I updated the origional post and then ran out the door before I could tell you.

Second attachement has bank details, also posted by Henk, cheers.

One entry fee will cover you for cross entering GP's, one transponder fee will cover you also.

This is more likely to be resolved than solo buckets. I have a shot on these things.

Can we enter on the day, if we are just doing Formula Tokoroa/Practicing on Sat...

Also will there be a B grade?... Orgainsing with a friend to pick up a FXR off Gavin but it isn't up to nylon spec. Thinking i will bring my bike, and let him race it in B-grade and myself in A grade...
Understood if there isn't, will just steal Glen's MB for the weekend and try squeeze it in :)

Henk
20th March 2015, 05:33
Formula Tokoroa is what passes for B grade at the GP so you may need to jam in a extra bike.

And yes you can enter on day, pre entries are only required for people that need a licence upgrade.
