Seen nothing about zero tolerence - 4km tolerence etc for the Easter period. Have I missed something or have the popo gone all quiet after the last fiasco??

Who the fuck gets a speeding ticket between 5 and 9 km/h over anyway? I bet half the people who have whinged about this over the last few years couldn't get caught if they tried all weekend.

This is probably the mildest move TPTB can play while making enough headlines to be seen to be doing anything.

Shit does not work as proven over one of he worst Christmases ever.

Wasn't, Cambridge traffic cop pulled me up. Claimed I was doing 55mph (90kph) with a pillion. 10 mph over the limit (was 45mph/75pkh with a passenger back then). Got a 4mph allowance for speedo error. hence 6mph speeding ticket. Cost me $12.00. The old man told me if I ever got pulled up again for stupid riding again, " Bloody rules are there for a reason boy!" I would lose the bike.

At the discretion of the officer that stops you .... the tolerance may well be zero.

The attitude of those stopped ... is often the deciding factor in the end result.
