Hi,

As per the title - needing another copper gasket for my nc30 - 32mm ID, 40mm OD - anyone know where I can get one between Auckland and Tauranga this weekend?

Second, anyone have any experience removing the right rear exhaust manifold nut on a vfr400 nc30? having trouble and the haynes manual isn't much help. I've been using a universal socket though Tyga's website says to try a short handle ratchet on a universal socket joint...has anyone done this and can confirm before I go to supercheap tomorrow to try this? I've dropped out the rear shock which made the other 3 nuts easy as, but this one is ridiculous!

Done! The key was the 4 way universal socket bit :-) made life so much easier!

It was a bit trickey getting everything lined up, but got there. Man those springs are hard to get on! Also really happy with the exhaust paint job - comes up nicely I think, pity about sone small pits of pitting.

There does seem to be some leakage at the mid join between the header pipes front and rear, and where they fit into the rear section - should the hrc system have gaskets there?

...and because photos make everything better.
