Hi guys,
Looking for a new set of leathers for bucket racing. My current suit is too small to fit a back protector and my testicles in.
I also want to use the suit for road use, as such I want a 2 piece. Is the 2 piece suitable for the race track? The website does not specify the attachment means of the 2 pieces.
Thanks,
Dan

They always attach with a zip. 2 piece is much nicer for road use. 1 piece is better for the track. Which are you going to be doing the most of? Once that is decided, the decision should be easy.

A 2 piece'll be fine as long as it is a full round the gut zip. Check that its a YKK zip & a strong grunty looking one.

Two cents (5 cents these days).
I've never had much luck having a dual purpose leather (road and race: esp bucket racing)...
Plenty of good cheap secondhand one piece leathers floating (try giving 1tonne or quasi a call and see what they have sitting around).
Then buy a road set suitable for your road purposes.
Else all your road gear ends up tatty and it's a whole lot better crashing in old leathers (you don't get so grumpy about the damage)..

Don't bucket race in your road leathers.
Ill sell you a second hand 2 piece with battle scars for $80 plus freight if your 5'10 to 6'3 and 80-95kg it will fit.

Im 6'4 also and 90kg
I got long legs so I had the legs extended to boot tuck as premade suits are short on me.
PM me if you require. They have seen the track at over 200kph and had several repairs. Ideal for buckets. You get instant streat cred. Brand is Spool.

Ahh so close. Perhaps if he tucked an extra sausage roll every smoko they'd fit.
