Here's the latest exercise program for office workers, who spend a little too much time sat down at their desks, and not enough time at the gym.
Get into Shape for 2004 with this great new training regime.
You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

** ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.**

SCROLL DOWN...

I have one of them mouses with the nice scrolly thingy in the middle of the buttons. Which means only one of my fingers gets a little wee bit of a work out.

I'm glad I didn't pay for this program. :D

Thats really original if you thought of it yourself though. Good one lol

If the first knuckle on my scroll finger is sore, do you think I could have overdone it?? Should I do a longer warm up before I start??

Nice one Dean Oh.

Mind if I send it to a couple of friends?
