Had a fantastic Skype from my son in Australia last night.

He has proposed to his lovely lady!

He used a beautiful Sapphire and Diamond ring that my Mom left him in her will.

Made me cry times 2 he did!

Had a fantastic Skype from my son in Australia last night. He moved over the ditch so he could join the Police. He is not eligible here in NZ as he has type 1 diabetes. They will however, take him in Australia. He has been waiting for his call up for ages. He got accepted into both Queensland and Victoria, with Victoria the number one choice as his girlfriend is a dancer and singer and there is more chance for her to get stage work in Melbourne.

Last nights skype was to let us know he got his call up to Queensland! So my big boy gets to fulfill his dream of being a cop, very proud of him! But, best of all, he decided to celebrate by proposing to his lovely lady! He used a beautiful Sapphire and Diamond ring that my Mom left him in her will. Made me cry times 3 he did!
