Sure do. This way, I can work out all the material needed and get as much of it as I can through friends companies here in Taranaki as the off cuts for a start.

Probably correct. Only built 5 trailers so far.

Op should do what I did and take 2 dozen beers to a local engineer and rummage through the offcut steel.
I just lay it all out loose on the ground and took my grinder with some cutting blades.
Mine was on the road in a day and painted the second day for under 700.

Mags cost me a bottle of whiskey.
Hitch, springs, axel stubs, bearings etc 180 from trailer centre.
I got the engineer to weld axel and stubs together.
Lights and electrics from tardme.

Had a fzr1000 and 750 on it at same time. Sold it for $800 and bought a van. Loading trailer at 5am became hard work. Easier loading a van the night before.

Added some extra bits to load extra bike. Bolt on, bolt off bits.

Wasn't bad effort for the money spent though.
Naked version.

if I built or brought one it would drop down to the ground to make loading of bikes easier.
Hard to load a broken 260 kg bike, byself.
Might include shelter for tools, eating, sleeping and shagging..... for those longer rides

its a project in the future.
