Here I was being fancy, bought some degreaser, cleaned some muck off the fuel tank. Bam... hole in the fuel tank. any ideas how to fix by this weekend ?

Wire brush the shit out of it and get a two pack resin from supercheap and poo it up. The underside of my RD350 tank is covered in the stuff.

If it has one hole I suspect there are others on their way ....... strip the paint off it for a look. Solder or weld it up, if you are a cheap bastard you could try a two pack cold weld like J-B Weld - man that stuff sticks well and can be machined/sanded.
Easy....blow it out with a water blaster first as like this that started with one hole turned into this shit after a blast,then simply solder it up.

PK screw and fuel resistant rubber washer backed up with a steel washer till you get it repaired properly.

All good advice. It's a pin prick hole. I'll wash it out, sand it down, and solder it. If I can't find solder, I'll 2 mix epoxy it. Thanks guys!
