Enjoyed reading that. I hope he succeeds in his next venture. I have had a good look at the EBR's at the local dealer they are a pretty sexy looking beast shame it didn't work out.

Interesting article, but misses some major points. The article mostly talks about how it was all everyone else's fault, but doesnt look at some fundamental - yes Buell bikes are/were cool (though I thought the EBR's were cosmetically cheesy) but they were ALWAYS overpriced compared with the competition. Yes, they were innovative. But when you're shopping for a bike, you never got enough for your money with Buell. Character wasn't enough to make people pay twice as much for the same performance/value.
