That is cool, I'd have one. Is the bike self levelling or do you use your body to control and maintain the upright position?

They need to apply that to quad bikes...it might save a few farmers lives.

Pertinent indeed.

Wonder what happens when it runs out of travel?

Was theory designing one similar a few years back for a streamlined trike and did similar mechanisms (no suspension). See how the body dips when he rocks it side to side, reckon that means it'll have a small self centering force due to its own weight, but for the rest it'll handle like a single tracked vehicle with the wheels on each side pivoting about a virtual center wheel track.

Cheers Moi, very interesting technology. I wonder how long before we see this in the marketplace in NZ.

Very interesting and looks like great fun for a wide range of ages.

I'd be keen to go offroad with one - looks pretty good for tearing it up on the loose stuff.

Agree with your sentiments... when the present heavy weights I ride are too heavy for me I'll be likely to move to lighter weight bikes... BUT, that thing is something else... and I like the thinking behind it... would be fun...

When I'm driving in the car listening to a CD and Delbert McClinton sings,"I ain't old but I've been around a long time," it seems appropriate.

... "I ain't old but I've been around a long time," ...

The mind says 'Go for it!' but the next day the body says 'Serves you right!'...

Good question. It wasn't really addressed in the video but I'd say it would be in the engineering.
