I am having trouble finding a oversize piston for a year 2000 yz 250

Plated bore unless you wish to sleeve or recoat that will be why.

Flettner on KB was making a 350 cylinder for one from scratch but he is a bloody genius........
Pretty sure Athena do cylinders for the YZ250's if you want off the shelf.
