Gixxer 1000 SET valve with Power Commander

I have a 2004 GSXR 1000 (k4). It came with a Yoroshima exhaust (looks like it is just the silencer that is Yoro) and a Power Commander.

I went to download the correct map for the Half Yoroshima system and noticed that the notes on the map say "eliminates SET valve".

I'm a little confused. Does this mean the power commander itself eliminates the SET vale or is it saying I should disconnect it?

Check gixxer.com under the appropriate sub forum, but I imagine you can just ditch your servo and cables. You may need to unplug a pin out of the ecu to avoid any fault codes.
