Hyosung Gt250R gear problem!

Hi mate, I had a question about my bike.
I bought a used Gt250R for a few days( yes, I'm beginner)
I know that it have 5 speed transmission however I only can use up to 4th gear! When I try to change from 4th gear to 5th gear, it stuck and feels like it's the last gear(4th).
So, is the "5 speed transmission" mean it only have 4 gear or my bike has some problems?!

yeah i'm going with one down 4 up..... which means op will be starting in second, which will be cooking the clutch from slippage no doubt, and a really slow take off
