Coolant or anti freeze? what do you run and why?

Prestone. Because it was the only product at a reasonable price that met the standard advised in my manual and stated it was suitable for alloy motorcycle engines. Others stated not suitable or did not state.
Cut to 60% demineralised water to 40% coolant / antifreeze.

$29 for a 2 litre of concentrate or a 1 litre of premix.
Demineralised and deionised water $7 for a 3 litre.
