More oil price rises

Oil prices are forecast to reach a new high if hurricane 'Rita' hits the Texas oil refineries. Gas prices could reach as high as US$5 a gallon.'Rita' has now been upgraded to category 5 with sustained winds of 165 mph making it as powerful as 'Katrina' Not a good outlook for those in its path.
