Anyone here fitted one?
Really interested in sourcing one for my Preddy, but I can only find dodgy Ebay options.

Go to your local Yamaha dealer and order one for an R1.

I fitted one to my 675 trackbike. I liked it but it did make it much harder to actually physically turn. Perhaps with a fly by wire throttle it would be better? Wouldn't bother on a road bike.

made my own on an old bike. took about an hour and cost me about $6 for the stuff I needed.

you do feel a difference, but it can make things a little jerky.

Super glue and a cable tie (or 3 depending on how quick you want it) is all you need.

Funnily enough after posting this and reading about HRC options, R1 and R6 throttle tubes etc,
I went home and made my own with some plastic tubing.

Was a bastard fitting due to very little play in the throttle wires, but works amazingly.
Spent some time adjusting it, so throttle movement is better than it was before.

Would strongly recommend.

Used to make my own. Progressive cam jobs. What, with throttle control high on the list of skill deficits...

Had a 1/5th throttle insert on the old S for years.
