Doctor John Hinds - road racing doctor

Dr Hinds was killed last weekend. It's quite possible you haven't heard of him but this is who he was.

He is speaking to an audience of medical people so there is some technical language, but there is a lot more humour. He comments near the end that Ireland as yet has no air ambulance, suggestions have been made that fund raising should be undertaken to start an air ambulance service as a memorial to him.

Yup, I was in two minds. Biker news won out in the hope of a broader audience.
I did a first aid course a year or so ago and the presentation gave me a bit more insight into things to look for should the worst happen on a ride. Dr's ABC and then some.
