Hi all
I used to ride my ZZR600 all the time but after getting rear ended by some morons about 4 or 5 years ago it somewhat lost it's appeal and I stopped riding however I kept the bike and kept it in running condition more or less. Fast forward to now and I have had to give up my car as it tried to bankrupt me, so I have returned to the bike. It's been expensive as it needed lots of money spent on it to service it and new tyres, rego etc, plus my gear *cough* shrunk in the wash mysteriously, so new gear, new helmet etc. Bike has a few cosmetic issues but I plan to work on those. I am using it for commuting to work each day plus I am spending as much time as I can riding, also starting to take short trips in the weekends to build up my confidence and regain the skills I have become rusty at... Had forgotten how much damn fun it is!
I guess it would be good to hook up with some other peoples for rides, who don't mind me bringing up the rear, for now at least.
Cheers
Chris
