I have just replaced my battery and now 1 abs light stays on and one off and I can hear the solenoid clicking randomly.
How do I get it back to Flashing once started then goes away.

I've heard the fix for BMWs is called a credit card...

Sounds like you might have blown a fuse for the ABS? Check the fuses.
