I have a few times in my old Hayabusa. First time about 55,000 because I thought it might make a difference. The other times because I already bought the bottle and it treats 55l.

Other than getting a little black smoke in the first few minutes of run time I am not convinced it made any difference.
Changing fuel brand from time to time makes more difference.

I have heard it makes more of a difference to over 100,000km bikes, but with all the aromatics in our fuel not much.

PS. I have also used carb cleaner in older bikes that have old stale fuel in them.
Put a small amount in give the bike shake and they start much easier.

Get the Wynn's injector cleaner in the black bottle if you can.... Local bike shop has it here and has cleared all sorts of crap out of my bike

Used to drain the dregs of genuine Mitsi injector cleaner and when I got a full bottle would put in my bike - no difference at all.

We used that in carbed bikes that had been sitting for a bit, noticeable difference in the old XJ550 I bought

Ha use it in the cars, never added to the bike. I add a half cup of meths into my tank every second month or so - picks up any moisture (water) in the tank - never had one rust out so I figure it is doing it's job.

Caltex add a fuel system detergent to their fuel that seems to work ok.

Every now and then I add a squirt of valve master VSR to the bikes. It used to be a dupont fuel system cleaner that was found to prevent VSR by accident.
