From a a friend in Aus Ian Drysdale has a message,
The owner of my latest 1000-V8 returned to Australia from an overseas
trip to find the 1000-V8 "not where he left it". Given its ( previous )
location, the theft appears more planned than opportunistic.
It's one of only 2 "Sports" 1000's ( and one 750 Sports ) and the other
one is safe. I could provide the registration number and/or VIN/engine
number, but suffice to say, if anyone gets offered a 1000cc V8 motorcycle
of any brand, pls feel free to contact the police.
