At the Riverbank, Mercer is being rebuilt after fire fucked it over a year ago. Magic spot for motorcyclists by the mighty Waikato river. Opening again in November. The Pokeno Highway patrol is based up the road so watch out for those thieving bastards. They don't wander far from there smoko shed but can wonder onto immediate country roads if lean on there takings.
