I just install"d the race headers from Arrow.Sound is amazing but i miss the punch that came from 7000rpm till limiter  ...
I know the ECU needs to learn first...just how long that will take?
Any one from you have the same setting on?? pls help
oh the slip on is a GP style cone :)

Race headers and you lost the top end punch ........ sounds backwards to me.

Normally you would need plug the rj45 lead 5inches into the tale pipe for 3 weeks to school the ecu. Easy way to hold it in is to smack a spud up it with a wooden mallet to keep the cable secure. Use a large one and it will form its own shape on the way in.
After 3 weeks the spud will dry up and find its own way out of the muffler.

+1, have used this method many times and it's a pearler.

Maybe the punch is still there but it now has a fatter midrange so there is no "punch" as such?

If you have a full system-headers and tailpipe, I doubt the ECU will have the parameters to adjust to suit. You may need an ECU reflash or Power commander{do they make them for Hyos?} plus dyno time to sort your fueling properly. The risk is you are running lean and damaging your engine.
