At least as far as I'm concerned...
Take a look at this.

Guys breaking into the truck only got what they deserved - and what they should have expected.
Penalising the owner is beyond a joke - and a bad one at that
How the do we get it through to the judiciary that we have had enough?

What is the world coming to when a criminal cannot expect the protections of the law whole working?
We should go the whole hog and allow them ACC.
Mind you then they would have to send someone round to inspect the works for hazards at raj be work site.

Wish i could have read that and been shocked but nope tis the way of the world eh.Someone needs to hold the judge accountable and get the fucker to explain the sentence imposed upon the guy that owned the vehicle:facepalm:Good on the bloke who gave out the beating fwiw and no doubt he is at this time wishing he had given the piece of shit more. Can only hope that some shithead fucks with something the judge in that case holds dear so he may have an inkling of life in the real world.

What's wrong with this story?
Why did the cops pursue it?
Were the bashers known bad bastards that the cops wanted to deal to?
Why didn't the punch-on boys have a shiner, or a fat lip selfie..
.. to show the beak - that they didn't use excessive force?

Hint ... all the "Offenders" actions were based on heresay and "suspicion" ... and not seen (by them) actually doing anything wrong.
He and a co-offender charged off down the street and found two men standing near the work vehicle on Dallas St.
Both suspected thieves were set upon by Annett and his co-offender in a flurry of punches.
Apparently ... even known dirtbags have rights ... apparently ...

Hang on.. who were the "offenders" here?
Was there evidence of the break in/theft that the coppers ignored?
Or was it a couple of nasty drunken thugs using that as a pretext for givin' a couple of saps - a real hiding?
Just seems fishy..

Indeed, get this...awhile ago was told a tale of horror re the whole fucked up justice system, blokes 73 year old mother gets her car stolen in broad daylight when it was parked down her long driveway the piece of shit that stole it was clever enough to remove some bits take them to a wrecker and leave his actual phone number and name...just on the off chance said bloke does the rounds and the information pretty much falls into his lap so does what most people would do when some cunt steals there aged mothers shit and arranges for the cunt to be given a visit, long story short thankfully the visited remembers nothing of said visit or the few preceding days so after much questioning the vistor couldnt be charged.:pinch:

Lesson here is to learn from LA's biggest criminal gang, the LAPD, & plant weapons to justify the "self defence"
