Places to ride in Southland

Does anyone know of any trail riding areas in southland? The closer to Invercargill, the better.

Pebbly hills is the only place close enough to invers other than the beach or private land. Be careful at pebbly hills though, generally a free for all, with quads and 4x4,s using the trails too. We always head north, piano flat, west dome, eyer mnts, mavora.....heaps of good free riding out that ways. :niceone:
