Tell me, you'se was taking the micky Rob, pleassssssssssse.

Did anyone see inside the bore after the ah, ahmen, boring took place?
That sort of cutting does not produce drill spirals when you pick up the carefully aligned Cylinder from the obviously perfectly levelled bench top.
Do not attempt to do your own gear like this folks, it'll mean a trip to the reconditioning shop for certain.

years ago, i sized my bucket.... managed to pull it apart once it had cooled.

Pulled out piston, lightly (?) sanded bore with 120grit sand paper, sanded the scratches on piston, rings..
put back together (after dusting and cleaning).
went bucket racing for another year till it blew...

so, send me your gear, i will do it for you. I know how to do it, it worked for me....
