Hi. Previous owner of the bike didn't use it much, especially before sold. So it came with a bit dirty carb and fuel system (I guess). Do you know any good additive like seafoam to add to petrol to clean it a bit (that can be bought in NZ)?

Take them off, rebuild them. Clean as you go.

Yamaha used to have a excellent one that you sprayed into the airbox as it was running. However if it is gummed up there is no substitute for a pull-down and proper clean.
But for $30 try seafoam Yanks swear by the shit - never used it - try it and let KB know. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/boats-marine/parts-accessories/other/auction-953589980.htm

tried. I would say resolved for 70%. Now it starts and works without choker. if I quickly slightly open the throttle in first 15-30 seconds after a cold night it still dies (previously was 3 min with a full choker on). It has resolved my trouble as I don't need choker anymore and don't get any hesitation even when the engine is cold. However 70% because it still requires 15-30 seconds to idle.

Tipping some shit into the fuel tank isn't a substitute for cleaning gunked carbs.

Your statement is true in principle.
One thing I will add though is the detergent capability of the synthetic 98 from BP or Mobil seems rather serious. Worth a crack :headbang:

Sounds more like it needs a little choke to start and warm up.
Welcome to motorcycle engines.

Ahahaha, nice.
The effect has decreased to 50% already. It doesn't idle without a choker after a weekend first 15 seconds. So, yes there is an effect, and it is better. But not a fact that it can be a solution in a particular case.
