Do either/both do the gerbing heated vests? Know a lady who likes to use one of them and often runs out of battery.

Not sure , had a look at where I got them from ( heated4u ) and wasn't clear, in my TM ad you can see the type of plug on the battery,

If your friends vest plugs look like the ones in the link id imagine it would be fine.
