I hate little injuries

Argh I woke up this morning and I feel like have pulled something in my shoulder. It could have something to do with trying to fix my BMX last night which has also hurt my back. So i'm stuck inside today watching telly. I just watched the Isle Of Man TT on Sky now that was awsome,
off to take some more panadol.

I'm just really bored! I hate sitting indoors, I wanna go out and ride my BMX bike or mountain bike but I can't because it will hurt to much.

Pealed one of my finger nails back and it broke off just past the quick on Friday at work.
