Seems pretty cool for certain applications like regular gaming sessions with a mate, partners wanting 2 use computer at same time or just wanting to save a couple buck over building 2 PC's hell even running a media server or something 24/7 while still being able to game or do whatever with the other half
Seems virtualisation has come quite far in the past years as has the tech to run it.
