Hmm considering I don't know old bikes... or new bikes that well for that matter, I shall take recent postings to heart and say 'spagthorpe wheezlethingymagigy' that people were going on about....
Am I right D:? :2thumbsup

Is it a Magolia - Front Wheel Drive Motorcycle?
Dadpole
25th September 2005, 22:24
FlangmasterJ - Your cigar is being e-mailed. That was quick.
The Megola was front wheel drive. 1/no gear. No clutch. You started it by push start, or - if you were brave - put your foot in the spokes and kick it over.

25th September 2005, 23:20
Very Nice. You see the pic of the SMR630 i put in? $16800 USD!!! wow! Doesn't look as good in the yellow and blue tho. Really needs all that carbon fibre bling that the NOX had.
FlangMasterJ
25th September 2005, 23:25
Yeah that new 630 is an Eddy Seel replica I believe. $16,000 USD? That's $24,000 NZ. That's a fair bit of coin. I guess If I had the money I'd buy the new Husky SM610.
Well I'm off to bed. I expect to see a cropped down pic of a mystery bike from ya XTC tomorrow. :corn:

No wrong marque. Factory race bike, early nineties, alloy perimeter frame years before honda developed one. They also make piano's and stuff.

26th September 2005, 11:38
I was going to say Yamaha when I saw that swing arm,but don't know what model,a YZ250 od some sort, with 19in wheel?
XTC
26th September 2005, 11:39
1990 Yamaha YZ125?
Getting closer. Being a factory bike it has another letter YZ_ and having that large expansion chamber makes it a 250 and the year is 1991. First YZ to have an alloy frame was dumped after 2 years as the riders didn't like it.

The "f" is a four stroke. But then the first 400 pre production four stroke was also a YZ_400F . Just like the 500 gp ROAD racers were YZR500's the factory race MOTORCROSSERS were YZ_125/250/400etc

You can tell I know nothing about trail bikes. YZM?
Well done that man. It is the 1991 YZM250. And what a trick bike it was in it's day. Yamaha scrapped developement on the alloy perimeter frame and a few years passed and honda brought out an alloy frame almost identical....
