Google earth

I'm trying to set up Google earth on my computer. However it won't connect and I get a link to a help page which tells me to disable the permits on my norton anti virus. But I can't find where the permits are on norton. Any useful suggestions?

Its proberbly because your norton is running a firewall as well. You need to disable it to get Google Earth to connect.
