Another 'near miss' by a gopro 'hero' that is NOT a near miss. Sure the other guy is on wrongside, perhaps a valid reason, debri on road...????

Anyway the bike not only comes to a complete stop in about three seconds, he has time to stop and preach/wave to the oncoming car before any possible point of impact. A real near miss involves serious braking and manoevering OFF the roadway. Why would you stay in the centre of lane with a potential drunk/drugged/asleep driving coming towards you????????

It is definitely WTF. Apparently the guys who pulled him out the bushes asked if they could post the vid as a warning to ride within your limits. Not sure how they convinced the crashee to eat humble pie. I think he was on a new bike, too. Deals Gap seems to be the epicenter of muppetry.

I got hit by Ekerolds bike a few meters before Quarter Bridge in '82. It did something similar, jumped the low stone wall I was behind and carried on into a tree. Don't know who shit the most. The three of us who were behind the wall or Jon. He couldn't find his bike for a few seconds either.
