Waste of time posting in here thanatos14. Despite everyone hating scoots and putting the category in Off Topic, they still like to jump in every thread and be a bunch of dicks
You can try here for parts

I have a Yamaha NXC125 and bought an 205cc engine kit from Taida. I did have a problem with an early crankshaft, that might have been due to a bit of rubbish remaining from the original damaged one, but the parts are very well made and the service is excellent. For Jog bits go here: http://www.taiwantrade.com.tw/EP/tdmotor/products-list/en_US/204535/JOG/
Have you thought about simply getting a bigger scooter?
I do like Jogs, don't get me wrong. We had one as a shop hack and it was thrashed unmercifully without complaint.

This another company I have bought bits from. In this case an intake manifold, carb, filter and throttle cable. Again good service and the parts were OK as well. I got a bit of stick about posting feedback but apart from that they were good to deal with: http://jiangwayne.com/scooter/parts.php

I found the pricing was pretty good but the freight was a killer. Try and order everything in one go. If you go "big" on the jog look at a set of taller gears and make sure the transmission, variator and stuff is all good. The stock transmission on my scooter is doing OK but I have upped the gearing quite a bit and it tops out at 135K now. I have a set of 10g rollers to try, stock is 9g, as the motor feels grunty enough to work at the lower revs. I don't have any experience with hotting up a Jog but you might want to consider a whole transmission package if it's got a few miles on it. The gears are easy to swap over, I used a big vice and a couple of sockets to press the cog&shafts apart and back together. Still no problems 10,000K later.

Thanks for the links and advice, very helpful. Its sole purpose will be for 6hr endurance races a couple of times a year on a tight circuit requiring good acceleration. There's a 50cc capacity limit but anything else is fair game

There was a performance upgrade kit for the Jog pipe, carb etc with a 70cc barrel/piston & head also if wanted , talk to a Yamaha dealer as these were available through their GYTR performance parts .
