Currently my secondary winding is reading at around 5m ohms so I'm assuming its well dead. What I'm trying to find out is if anybody knows of any bikes that use an ignition coil with a primary of 1.04-1.495 ohm and a secondary of 14.88-22.32 ohms. I haven't been able to find anything online so my only option seems to be to order from the dealership which is hugely expensive

Unusual - it's usually the low tension coil in the stator which gives trouble on those rather than the HT coil.

Suzuki Dr250
is pretty close to those specs.
primary between 0.5 ohms and 3.0ohms
Secondary 15 Kohms and 25 Kohms
But what Grumph and Dave said

ps check your kill switch if you have an ignition fault.

PPS here is some specs for different bikes

Don't worry guys all sorted, I custom fitted a spare stick coil off my 2001 zx6r on it. The primary resistance was perfect but the secondary is much lower with this coil, still runs fine though!

Cheers
