Got a new Jack Russell pup today. He's mainly black and brown with just a small white area.

I've called him "England". -? - :oi-grr: - :niceone: - :killingme

Or are they the only dogs which come in those colors?

And why does it have to be dogs in the first place?

I have a Jack Russell that came from Levin. He's a bit of a mongrel.

We called him Trevor.

So is there significance to the dog, or just a racist thing?

It seems that unless you have spent a lot of time in England, you just won't get the humour

I think it is a cricket thing. Wasn't Jack Russell a bowler?

That's right. He was a left hander and used to bowl bouncers, to the body, that left the batsman mainly black & brown, with just a small patch of white.

Black batsmen were worse off as the intensity of the contact made them completely white with just small black & brown patches.

Lucky Jack's now retired

No. He was the guy with all the rabbits up his arse.

I thought that was Woody Russel, or was he the narcoleptic schizophrenic?

Little known fact that Michael Jackson played with Curtly Ambrose.
