The NSR, after a cumulative time of approximately 45 minutes of kicking, fired, and ran. Then, after being off for a few minutes, she ran again. And then, again. As of 1913hrs Auckland standard time on the date shown above this post, she officially became alive. HELL YEAH!! She idles at about 5000rpm and with the slightest touch of the throttle burns up to 7-8000 faster than you can say "I'm gonna die ridin' this thing" (in fact alot faster, like faster than you can say half a vowel fast) but by crikeys, I got her goin'.
I love all you guys. Especially that british dude that joined up just to say I could turf my thermostat, not that I did, but I just plugged the hole. I love you man.
All I need now is a new clutch cable and I'm gonna think about takin' her on the road, then in the next three months, I might. Or I'll go to an open day at Puke, everyones' free to come and watch me fall on my ass, cause I know I can't handle the power yet.
Balls to the wall with a nailing gun, here I come.
