Im not sure though, alot of kiwibikers probably have friends and or familiy outside of KB they might prefer to spend New Years with, after my embarrasing times drunk with KB'rs Id probably prefer to spend it with people who are a bit more used to my raging alcoholism.

err, instead of having one in each town, why not organise something like the KB BBQ's in the past with rally type focus, and ppl from all over the country can just flock to one city and have the KB'ers in the area helping put people up either in beds or with room to put up tents.
