Hi all,

been a while, about 5 years i think. anyway, previous ride was the ever so ironically named Comet 250, and previous to that i had a 2kr FZR 250.

Never really bothered getting my license, however i've just done my BHS and will be booking in to do my learners next week.

Currently looking for a 400 - 600 lams compliant bike, would be keen on a cb400sf/sv400/m600 etc, but only have a budget of about 4k. Doesn't seem to be that much about in that price range, so if anyone knows of anything, let me know!

have the itch real bad, can't wait to get back on two wheels!

Good luck with finding a bike, any idea what sort of bike you want? Lots to choose from, it all depends on your budget.

Was real keen on an sv400s, but missed out at the last minute. Was also keen on a duc 600ss, but that sold before I could get up to see it. Budget is about 4 to 4.5k, so excludes most of the newer lams bikes. There's a tidy looking rf400r on trademe atm. Anyone have any words about them? Bike will be a commuter, but I do love sports bikes so will have to compromise somewhere.
